The Space

Curved walls create intimate seating areas throughout the restaurant for Guests to discover new pockets each time they dine at KOA. Light pours through KOA’s floor-to-ceiling windows which enshrine a haven of modern architecture. Natural wood textures contrast with opulent 1,500 glass-blown firefly lights that suspend from high above. Award-winning brand, Lasvit has tailor-made lighting installations for the KOA space. Their bespoke designs center on craftsmanship using some of the oldest glassware manufacturing traditions to create each unique piece. Continuously innovating, Lasvit won the prestigious 2018 Milan Design Award.

The Foyer

Seated capacity: 36-40 guests

Situated on the ground floor, the Foyer is inspired by the jungle and centers around an iconic wooden tree at the core of the restaurant. The show-stopping piece is delicately carved and represents KOA’s connection to nature while shading diners inside. The parametric walls create a free flow of energy through the dining room leading to pockets of intimate dining areas to suit 4 guests per table. Handcrafted glass fireflies suspend from the ceiling ablaze with color which are focal points from both inside the dining room and outside through the large glass windows. The dining space offers a full a la carte menu for lunch and dinner in addition to daily afternoon tea.

The Eaves

Seated capacity: 40-46 guests

Transcend to the mezzanine floor, located atop the spiral staircase which meets the highest point of KOA’s tree, meeting the eye line of guests when seated. Nestled among an array of glass-blown, multi-colored fireflies, a magical oasis is concealed from the Foyer. Away from the main restaurant, the Eaves are perfect for any event, six seat round tables offer intimate seating areas making guests feel connected. Offering an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner, this is the perfect setting for an intimate dining experience or larger event.

The Shade

Seated capacity: 44 guests

For alfresco dining that utilizes the glory of natural sunlight, The Shade offers a dedicated sweet menu with desserts and pastries, accompanied by artisan tea or specialty coffee. The space incorporates a relaxed ambience for those looking for a less formal dining option. Later this year will see an introduction of light bites and salad bowls to enjoy alongside the patisserie delights.

Firefly Bar

Seated capacity: 8 guests

Inspired by Japan, the exquisite Firefly Bar incorporates Suiseki rock formations through each cocktail design. Each firefly color is the inspiration behind each drink name and, or design. While guests sip on refreshing cocktails they can enjoy overlooking the multi-colored vibrant glassware, offset by the sleek black, stone bar. The cocktail area is surrounded by tropical plants to create a distinctive jungle-like area.
